Grettel WOD Benchmarks
– Beginner: 18-25 minutes
– Intermediate: 12-18 minutes
– Advanced: 8-12 minutes
– Elite: <8 minutes
Grettel is a "new girl" from CrossFit added in January 2021. The key is cycling the clean and jerks efficiently - touch and go if possible.
