– Beginner: 50-80 total reps
– Intermediate: 80-120 total reps
– Advanced: 120-180 total reps
– Elite: 180+ total reps

Lane is a "new girl" from CrossFit added in January 2021. The ¾ bodyweight snatches are challenging - take adequate rest between rounds to maintain quality reps.
