The Poor Man's Leg Curl is a bodyweight hamstring exercise using a towel on a smooth floor. It's an effective way to isolate the hamstrings without any gym equipment.

How to Perform Poor Man's Leg Curl

1Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet on a towel (or sliders) on a smooth floor.

2Lift your hips into a bridge position, engaging your glutes and core.

3Slowly slide your feet away from your body, extending your legs while keeping your hips elevated.

4Once your legs are nearly straight, pull your feet back toward your glutes by contracting your hamstrings.

5Perform 3 sets of 8–12 reps. Focus on controlled movement throughout.
