How to Perform Poor Man's Leg Curl

    Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet on a towel (or sliders) on a smooth floor.

    Lift your hips into a bridge position, engaging your glutes and core.

    Slowly slide your feet away from your body, extending your legs while keeping your hips elevated.

    Once your legs are nearly straight, pull your feet back toward your glutes by contracting your hamstrings.

    Perform 3 sets of 8–12 reps. Focus on controlled movement throughout.
