Toe Touches are a simple core exercise that targets your abdominals while improving flexibility in your hamstrings and lower back. Lie flat on your back, extend your legs straight up, and reach your hands toward your toes.

How to Perform Toe Touches

    Lie flat on your back with your legs extended straight up toward the ceiling, perpendicular to the floor.

    Extend your arms straight up, reaching toward your toes. Engage your core.

    Using your abdominals, lift your shoulders off the ground and reach your fingertips toward your toes.

    Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower your shoulders back to the ground with control.

    Perform 3 sets of 15–20 reps. Focus on using your abs, not momentum.
