How to Perform Speed Skater

1Stand on your right leg with a slight knee bend.

2Push off explosively to the left, landing on your left foot.

3Swing your right leg behind your left leg as you land.

4Immediately push off your left foot to jump back to the right.

5Swing your arms in opposition to your legs for momentum.

6Land softly with a bent knee to absorb impact.

7Continue alternating sides in a fluid, rhythmic motion.
