The burpee miles is exactly what it sounds like.
- A burpee + broad jump.
- Repeat for 1 mile
- Clock your time.
Most people complete this challenge on a track, so the end result is 4 laps on a collegiate style track.
This takes most people over an hour, but in case you want to see how you stack up - here are a few benchmark times to work from.

The Burpee Mile Benchmark Times
– Beginner: 90+ minutes
– Intermediate: 60-90 minutes
– Advanced: 45-60 minutes
– Elite: <45 minutes
The current world record is around 1 hour. Most first-timers take well over an hour - pace yourself!
