The burpee mile combines some athletes 2 least favorite things - running (or a track at least) and burpees. Are you up for the challenge?

The Burpee Mile

The burpee miles is exactly what it sounds like.

  • A burpee + broad jump.
  • Repeat for 1 mile
  • Clock your time.

Most people complete this challenge on a track, so the end result is 4 laps on a collegiate style track.

This takes most people over an hour, but in case you want to see how you stack up - here are a few benchmark times to work from.
