The 100 Burpees Challenge

If you're like me, the first thing you think to yourself when you see burpees programmed is "buck furpees." They're hard, heart racing and harder for tall people like me. That said, if you're up for a challenge, the 100 burpee challenge is one to remember. Here's what you gotta do:

The 100 Burpee challenge is exactly what it sounds like:

100 burpees. As fast as you can do them.

Shorter people have an advantage here, but not matter what you do this ithing sucks

Benchmark Times for 100 Burpees

The 100 burpee challenge is not for the faint of heart. If you do this, you may want to puke - which is part of the reason we love it.

12+ Minutes - Good job. You finished! Now, to get faster.

10-12 Minutes - Boom. Starting to get speedy. You're getting good at this.

< 10 Minutes - The golden benchmark. If you can do this - and a bunch of other things on our impossible standards - you're quite the athlete.

< 8 Minutes -You're an actual animal. Wolverine would like a word with your and we're all sort of scared.

This is a physical fitness challenge but a mental fitness test. No matter what you do - the fact that you're in the arena - speaks volumes. Stay after it.
