Use of Services
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use

User Content
When you submit content to our Services (such as workout logs or progress photos), you retain ownership of that content. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide our Services.
Subscriptions and Payments
Some features of our apps require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can manage subscriptions in your App Store settings
- Refunds are handled according to App Store policies
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impossible Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
