The goal here is to complete 5 rounds of the workout as fast as possible. After each set, you must take 3 minutes for rest. Your score is the total time to complete all rounds (do not count the 3 minutes rest at the end of the last set)
– Beginner: 50+ minutes
– Intermediate: 40-49 minutes
– Advanced: 30-39 minutes
– Elite: <29 minutes
