The 1-800-Fuck-You workout sucks. It’s simple, straightforward, but hard. And it only gets harder. A few rounds in, it starts to get real and you begin to understand the reason for the name.

Here’s how to do it.


The 1-800-Fuck -You Workout

  • 800m run
  • 12x Lunges
  • 12x Jumping Lunges

Round 1 stars with the clock set at 6 minutes. Each round, subtrack 10 seconds. Continue until you can no longer complete the work in the allotted time for that round.
