I made up this workout on a road trip with my brother and we stopped at a WalMart along the highway to pick up something extra to drink. After being cramped for a couple of hours in the car, we decided to get outside and do a quick workout.
Just to show you that you can really work out anywhere.
- Down & Back Shopping Cart Sprints – Grab a spare shopping cart and push it up while sprinting down and back through the parking lot (Bonus points – fill the shopping cart up with groceries).
- 25 Parking Lot Push Ups (self explanatory)
- 20 Back Alley Bupees – Go around to the back alley and do 20 burpees.
- 10 (Loading) Dock Dips. We found a couple railings by the loading dock and decided to do
Repeat 3 times (or until you get kicked out).
